Free Shipping Anywhere In The World.

 

Once payment is processed, any discount orders will be dispatched by air freight within 24 hours to country of destination. From there, they will be carried on by registered post to your home address where signature is required for delivery. We do not accept delivery to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses.

For Free Shipping (for Registered Post, signature required for delivery), time take to deliver will generally be:

4-6 postal working days for capital cities,
7-10 postal working days for other destinations,
10-14 postal working days for more inaccessible destinations.

 

Non-registered airmail generally takes 2-3 days longer than the above estimates for registered airmail and we will not cover for any loss or damage arise. Customers can choose which option they prefer when they complete the order.

 

Customers worldwide have the option of paying a small premium for delivery in 2-3 days by using Express Mail. For Express Post, please note over 25% of deliveries are late due either to customs hold ups or because nobody is at home to sign for and receive the delivery. We will refund the extra charge for customs delays but not lack of signatory. The following table is a guide for the extra charge imposed should you choose to deliver by Express Mail:

Cash On Delivery (COD) is available for customers in Japan only and with the following conditions:

We regularly ship to customers in over 200 countries worldwide. The majority of countries, particularly U.S.A., Australia, Japan, Korea, do not charge customs duty on small packages dispatched by air. In cases where duty is charged to customers in some European countries, please collect the package, pay any fees due and then e-mail, fax or post your receipt to us and we will reimburse you. PLEASE note that this is on a goodwill, and not on an obligation basis, if you are charged on customs duty. For the time being, our merchant will endeavor to assist and make the reimbursement.

IMPORTANT:

Please include your order number on ALL correspondence to ensure prompt service. Please also note that all claims for refunds must be made within 3 months of the order date.

Important Notice On Fragrance Shipping:

 

Fragrance has to be shipped and handled separately according to International Regulations. Restraints due to alcohol content (inflammable) on EDP, Fragrance and Cologne mean these items must be shipped separately, and delivered 2-4 days after skincare, make up and body lines.

Items marked with an asterisk* willbe sent free of charge with Skincare and Make Up.
Regrettably it is necessary for now to impose up to a maximum of USD7.50 shipping surcharge on all fragrance deliveries other than US. There will be no shipping charge for Skincare and Make Up, Free Shipping continues. We hope once volumes increase next year, we can abolish the surcharge. On the plus side, there will be many, many 50% Off Specials.

Fragrances delivered within the US are shipped free, i.e. no shipping charge involved.

Remember 5% extra discount on the total amount when you order three products or more.
